This is Katya Osadcha, Ukrainian TV presenter and a model in past (actually she was even living in one apartment with Natalia Vodyanova in Paris in the beginning of her career). She is a great presenter and has a fantastic style, also well-known by her crazy hats. PS. I'm Ukrainian, so I know it :) And it's great that bloggers abroad started to notice her, she is awesome!
